How do I place sample collection request to a Lab?

Placing a sample collection request is a fairly easy task in MyReportPlz App. 

3 Simple Steps:

1. Go to Book Home Collection 

2. Search for the Lab you are interested in 

3. Just Tap and confirm your request

Lab official will call shortly to setup the sample collection time with you.
