As a workaround, we also send the OTP on your provided email address as well. So, you may check your mailbox for the email from "MyReportPlz Support".
Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder for the email.
We also advise you to mark this email "Not Spam" as you will be notified whenever you get your health report published from the Pathology Lab.
